Shipping without jewel cases cannot be automatically calculated in this website, so such an order has to be processed manually. Description: This is a shipping option, which allows you to minimize your shipping cost. When we pack the order, we unseal the CDs, remove the jewel cases and pack all CD contents in a protective carton box or bubble envelope for shipping. The saving comes from the fact, that the jewel case accounts for almost half the weight of the CD, so for major part of the postage cost. Buying a new jewel case at your local record store, will cost you a tiny fraction of the postage savings.
Shipping without jewel cases is possible only for items, which have a jewel case and whose jewel case is not an integral part of the CD. Mini-lp CDs, digipack CDs or CD boxes cannot be shipped without jewel case.
