Dutch New Wave Pop group Gruppo Sportivo released their debut album 10 Mistakes in 1978 to national and international acclaim. The band's singer and main songwriter Hans Vandenburg is famous for writing contagiously catchy melodies and lyrics that deal with anti-heroic tales.

The band caught international success when a compilation of 10 Mistakes and their second album Back To '78 was released in the US. 10 Mistakes stayed in the Dutch hitcharts for a whopping 21 weeks.  Especially "Rock 'N Roll" proved to be hit material. Further highlights on this album are opening track "Beep Beep Lover", "Superman" and "Mission á Paris"."
