CD reissue of 1964 album Polydor album. coming with liner notes and was the first full recording by Alex.The backing group were the Liverpool outfit Kingsize Taylor And The Dominoes. This album is UK R&B with a soul vibe thanks to the blazing horn section.Excellent versions of "Let The Good Times Roll," "I Just Wanna Make Love To You," "New Orleans,"alongside the bluesy "Blind Man" which pointed in the vocal direction Alex would later follow.Also of interest is an earlt version of "Framed"- Blinding stuff from a wonderful artist.
