A surprise release from the archives of one of the most legendary power-rock bands of the 1970s! This incredibly rare EMI acetate has recently resurfaced, chock full of previously unreleased 1970 recordings of the band! Recorded by EMI and circulated only among a small handful of producers, the acetate was all but forgotten when the band was advised to go back into the studio to re-record everything for their first official album. Guitar virtuouso Vic Vergeat is phenomenal, as usual, and his exceptional talent is really put on display on these 11 excellent tracks. Many of the tracks found here were later released, but in our opinion sound a lot fresher right here.
