Her first album THE TIN ANGEL was released back in 1954, she has rightly been described as "one of the great treasures of American music" and in her career has covered many genres of music including Blues, Folk and Gospel,

In 1999 she released her first album in 14 years "BLUES EVERY WHERE I GO", and five tracks from that impressive set are included here.

Distinguished guests on these recordings include DR. JOHN, KIM WILSON, THE HOLMES BROTHERS and blues legend PINETOP PERKINS.
