LUNAR CHATEAU's eponymous first release has been produced by David BOWIE and Adrian BELEW's producer, and published by the Musea label in 1994. With a wonderful and very strong sound, the three SEKULOVICH brothers (Novak on keyboards, Paul on bass & vocals and Milo on drums) offer an excellent Progressive rock, contained in a dozen of tracks close to 5 minutes each. It includes two instrumental titles, very melodic and direct. The power-trio aspect can be linked with the one displayed by compatriots such as NORTH STAR or MONOLITH. In the year 2001, the American band broke a silence that lasted more than seven years, by proposing an excellent "Beyond The Reach Of Dreams". It was made by the same ingredients, but cooked with an improved talent. Not to be missed !
