City Lights was originally released in 1978 and the follow up, “Tango Palace” (ADA 8061) in 1979. Both albums were produced by Tommy LiPuma and Hugh McCracken and features co-writes with the legendary Doc Pomus (who wrote many Elvis hits as well as the glorious “Save the Last Dance for Me”).The “City Lights” sleeve was designed by Zappa/Mothers of Invention designer Neon Park (Martin Muller), a former Family Dog designer.
