Sandy is well known as a member of both THE MILLENNIUM ('the best known group in the collectable genre of Soft-Pop') and BALLROOM, and a collaborator and song-writing partner of legendary producer CURT BOETTCHER. As probably the most prolific writer in The Millennium, he built up a huge backlog of songs whilst the various business machinations and ambitious recording projects which characterised the group's career ground on, even his superb planned solo album "SANDY" fell by the wayside until it's release by Poptones last year. So here is a collection of demos and works in progress, some quite intricately recorded as was the demo style of the time, (1966-69), some simple guitar and voice home recordings with band members and friends. As a bonus we have both sides of his projected solo single "All I Really Have Is A Memory", a hidden nugget which gives the Left Banke a run for their money. All the previously unreleased tracks are from mastertapes and the sleeve notes include contributions from Sandy himself.
