The scene opens on 1970s Milan. Sicilian vegetablewholesaler, Totò Cangemi (Antonio Sabàto), is actuallykingpin of the city’s largest and most lucrativeprostitution ring. Everything seems to be runningsmoothly until “le Capitaine” (a French drug lord playedby Philippe Leroy) shows up and tries to convinceCangemi to join forces.
