keen followers of the 1960's rock scene have become used to tales of long lost tapes and unissued recordings that have seemingly disappeared forever. every so often, however, a cache of 'lost' recordings does surface. in the process, little known groups who issued only one record before returning back to their day jobs are rediscovered and totally redefined. liverpool's focal point is one such group. despite having secured the patronage of the beatles and their manger, brian epstein, (who actually came up with the name focal point), the group released a solitary deram single 'love you forever'/'sycamore sid', before they simply disappeared from the thriving london pop scene of 1968. track listing:1. miss sinclair
