LPCDreissues: Looking forward to the past

Following on from the critically acclaimed release of "Keep On Running" (CDMRED250), Cherry Red are proud to bring you the Spencer Davis Group's 1973 follow up album to "With Their New Faces On", "Gluggo". This album helped re-launch the band after the departure of keyboard player and lead singer Steve Winwood, who left to form Traffic. A number of tracks on the album started as jam sessions, subsequently reworked, varying from raw (Feeling Rude) to semi-arranged jams (The Edge). This fantastic album also features five bonus tracks. The first three, "Alone", "Legal Eagle Shuffle" and "Trouble in Mind", were only ever released in the US.
