"Rock Generation - Volume Four, Sonny Boy Williamson & Spencer Davis Group" includes preformances from Graham BOND ORGANISATION with Jack BRUCE recorded at London's Klook's Kleek Club. Sonny Boy WILLIAMSON & THE ANIMALS arr taken from the end of their set recorded at the Club-A-Go-Go in Newcastle, 1963. "Rock Generation - Volume Eight, Soft Machine, Davey Graham & Mark Leeman Five" includes the early SOFT MACHINE material from 1967, featuring Daevid ALLEN, Kevin AYERS, Robert WYATT and Mike RATLEDGE. It was issued numerous times in the LP era. In keeping with that tradition, this CD confusingly includes just five of the ten tracks found on "Jet Propelled". This CD is worthwhile however for the Davey GRAHAM BAND material (From January 1967). Two tracks by this legendary, poorly documented British folk-guitarist, including the immense ten-minute instrumental "City Raga".
