A folk reissue from Spalax. It's the reissue of a folk-rock band from Lyon which, on this album, trades pure acoustic folk for a folk-rock ala MALICORNE with the plaintive, sad vocals of the female singer supplemented by a male voice. Their music is based upon instrumental developments and combinations between spinet, guitar, hurdy-gurdy and bagpipes with a rhythmic power provided by the bass and drums. The guitar punctuates the melodies. A good electro-acoustic mix.
