TRACK LISTING Perfect Days - Gone To The Dogs - Cry Like A Baby - Wake Me When It's Time To Dance - White Man - Jimmy Bell - The First Thing - Die For Love - Can't Stop Thinking About Me - Blue Rags And Hollers - The Shadow Knows The original Sharks line-up featured ex-Free bass player Andy Fraser who teamed up with Chris Spedding who was the most influential guitarist in London. Marty Simon was also a session player whilst the "new" kid on the block was Steve "Snips" Parsons who had been recommended to the group by Muff Winwood head of A&R at Island Records. Fraser left and was eventually replaced and then Marty Simon left. After only two albums Sharks called it a day. Then, in 1993 Parsons and Spedding reformed the band to record a third album. Pete Thomas (Elvis Costello & The Attractions) considered by the duo to be the greatest living beat group drummer was asked to join and Jackie Badger came in on bass. This album is a hard-boiled masterpiece, acute, contemporary and strangely moving.
