WELCOME TO LPCDREISSUES
When the NY Dolls crashed and burned in 1975, the Heartbreakers rose from the ashes, with Johnny Thunders, Jerry Nolan and Richard Hell (soon replaced by Billy Rath) at the helm. After wreaking havoc Stateside, Thunders and his ill fated entourage made their historic visit to the UK, and (coincidentally or not) punk rock was born. The band lasted between NY and London for just two short years, occasionally posthumously reuniting for live performances, like this one at London's Lyceum Ballroom in 1984.
