"On The Road Again" is the motto of Aida Cooper & the Nite life (long time presence on the European blues circuit) who, after a brief hiatus, finally returns with a new album recorded live in Italy in February 2002. The idea to record a live album has been in the works since the Nite Life was the band of the great American bluesman Cooper Terry, but the album never came to fruition due to Terry's tragically premature death in 1993. The idea was finally put back on the burner last year by blues vocalist Aida Cooper, who after lending her considerable vocal talents to other artists for many years, finally decided to put herself in the long-overdue spotlight. The Nite Life, led by bassist Lillo Rogati, is one of the most incisive blues bands in the Italian blues panorama. This electrifying set lasts a full 2hrs 45 min. 23 tracks of obscure blues gems.
