Recorded in 1967 with the line-up of Davis, drummer Pete York, Eddie Hardin on keyboards, and Phil Sawyer on vocals, just after the departure of Stevie and Muff Winwood, this collection is perhaps the best post-Winwood Spencer Davis album. Of these 17 tracks, only 2 singles from these sessions were initially released, although some material would later appear on their Here We Go 'Round The Mulberry Bush soundtrack and their 1968 With Their New Face On album. Featuring the original versions of "Time Seller", "Don't Want You No More", "Morning Sun" and "Feel Your Way" and previously unreleased alternate versions of four songs from the Here We Go 'Round The Mulberry Bush soundtrack.
