Roswell Rudd (ace trombonist) and John Tchicai (celebrated saxophonist) perform their own compositions with strong support from Milford Graves (percussion), and Lewis Worell (bass). Graves & Worell also accompany Leroy Jones as he recites “Black Dada Nihilismus”. Recorded in November, 1964. Most of these artists went on to be major artists featured in the Impulse jazz catalogue.
