Best known as the amazing guitarist of Toad—the early '60s blues band where the young Vic demonstrated his extraordinary ability and distinguished himself as one of the most talented contemporary guitar players—Vergeat has continued to collaborate with various musicians and experiment in various genres. However, he has never forgotten his first love—the blues—which he has continued to play with great technical ability and soul. In this live recording, Vergeat plays both original tracks and revisits great blues classics and pays homage to rock greats like Led Zeppelin and Hendrix.Special guests include Roland Van Straaten (harmonica), Steve Lee (vocals), Joe Colombo (slide guitar), Mick Taylor (keyboards) and Jesse James King.
