This compilation of 24 of the top Northern Soul tracks taken from all five decades of the genres existence was compiled by Kent supremo Ady Croasdell.
Its a dancers delight and many tracks are new to Kent CDs, while others were previously only available on collections designed for the hard-core label enthusiast.
Eddie & Ernies Indication is a previously unissued version of their Jay Boy title and has never been heard until now, while the Charmaines are THE big Northern sound of 2007.
Several (Frank Dell, Checkerboard Squares, Servicemen, Lynn Varnado and others) are to be heard from digital master tape copies for the first time.
