BLURT is a British group who emerged in the very early Eighties, first showcased on the "Factory Quartet" album. Evidently they never really went away and "Pagan Strings" is a reissue of an obscure 1992 album. Featuring the voice and saxophone sqwak of Ted MILTON, this mixes post-Contortions no-wave intentions with free-jazzish and "big rock" stylings.
