Elvin Bishop formed one half of the twin guitar heat of Chicago’s legendary Paul Butterfield Blues Band(the other guitarist being Mike Bloomfield). When Elvin moved to San Francisco he recorded for Bill Graham’s Fillimore label and parent company Epic/Sony. All three albums plus B-sides and live tracks are included on this double CD. One of the top live attractions on the San Francisco club/ballroom scene of the early ‘70’s, Elvin later found fame and hits in the Southern Rock/Capricorn Records axis.
