Being a great guitarist, David PERRAUDIN could have been satisfied with creating another guitar manifest, as show off as virtuoso. But, he has too much respect for his potential listeners to do this, and this can be heard when one listens to the wonderful "Racines"! Issued in 2000 on Rebel Music, this rock album by David PERRAUDIN CONCEPT alternates acoustic and inspired parts with some guitar solos worth of the masters of the instrument. However, the album remains always melodical and elaborated, and can be listened to as a whole. The quality shown is reinforced by the participation of bass player Pascal MULOT (Patrick RONDAT), drummer Alain WEISSE and keyboardist Cedric BEAUCHENE.
