WELCOME TO LPCDREISSUES
Recorded live at NYC's Little Hippodrome club on March 2, 1975, this was the last show that the Dolls would ever play in their hometown, and one of their most memorable - with each band member dressed from head to toe in red leather against a communist flag stage back drop. Six of the songs found here were intended to be released on the Dolls' 3rd LP, but Thunders and Nolan soon left the band (to form the Heartbreakers), and the album was never made, leaving Red Patent Leather as the sole testimony to what could have been. Liner Notes by Sylvain Sylvain! Includes bonus track.
