His real name was Nikolaos Asimopoulos, and made history in Greek music and the Exarchia area. On March 17, 1988, he ended his turbulent life in his apartment on Kallidromiou Street.

Eight so called "illegal tapes", were recorded in homes or other suitable (or not) places with various musicians and were being sold in the underground by Asimos -himself or friends.

This particular album is a post-mortem version of songs selected from these cassettes. It was released in 1992 by Music Box and includes 9 songs, including "Pas Phiri Firi" and "Giusurum" by Vasilis Papakonstantinou.
