Originally released by Crested Butte in 1972. The band hailed from Westchester (NY) and was formed by the first nucleus of "Sassafrass" joined by Tony Chirco. The sound could be defined "avant-garde" for that time, mixing psych and hypnotic sounds with fuzz guitars, tribal percussions, jazzy and prog influences. Chirco never had the success they deserved, partially because of Crested Butte's bankruptcy, but finally this lost gem is available again and hopefully they will be finally recognized as one of the most influential bands of the early '70s.
