TRACK LISTING It's True - Taxi To Gatwick - Detroit Woman - Get The Feeling - Jacobs - Welcome To America - Trouble Mind - Southern Comfort - Emotions - Zaragosa - Denver - Madrid - Twisted BONUS TRACKS Badlands - Arrow - Quanah Parker - Muddy Water (live track by Crawler from 1978) John 'Rabbit' Bundrick is one of the most respected and sought after keyboard players in the world. A musician with a session career so long and involved it is a biographer's nightmare. He's worked with just about everyone who passed through Island Records' studios in the early seventies and has contributed his talents to a multitude of diverse musical catagories and artists. From Jethro Tull to Donovan, Suzi Quatro to Roger Waters, Bob Marley to Abba. As a band member, he's had long stints with Johnny Nash, Free, Eric Burdon, Back Street Crawler, Crawler and The Who where he has resided since 1979. Solo albums have been few and far between, but Angel Air now intends to put this to rights. A prolific writer with a huge volume of unreleased material 'Welcome To America' will be the first in a line of releases from this renowned player. Also included is the live version of "Muddy Water" from a 1978 performance by Crawler. Featuring vocals from Back Street Crawler/Crawler frontman Terry Wilson-Slesser and stunning guitar from Geoff Whitehorn (ex-Crawler, Maggie Bell, Paul Rodgers), 'Welcome To America' oozes class and sophistication. From funk-ridden grooves to full-out rock riffola, the album is a dream for any guitar or keyboard fan. The informative 12 page CD booklet features sleeve notes by Free biographer David Clayton and there are rare, unpublished photos of Rabbit from his Free, Crawler and Who days.
