The format features stylized orthography in its title, and is aimed mostly at collectors and deep fans of the band's technical death metal legacy

Demilich is a Finnish technical/avant‑garde death metal band formed in Kuopio in 1990, founded by Antti Boman (vocals, guitar) and Mikko Virnes (drums), later joined by Aki Hytönen (guitar) and Ville Koistinen (bass)

Their music is known for extremely complex, dissonant compositions, frequent tempo and time-signature changes, and an ultra-low guttural vocal style, delivered unprocessed by Antti Boman in the so-called “stro‑bass” register
