An astonishing ability to improvise a wordless vocal that soars, by turns a raw scream to a soft moan, helped Clare create one of the most memorable singing parts in all rock music. Great Gig In The Sky on Pink Floyds Dark Side Of The Moon is Clare's tour de force. Her CV, apart from Pink Floyd also includes sessions with Elton John on covers albums, with Kay Garner on regular sessions for Jonathan King's UK Records, also backing Clifford T Ward, Serge Gainsbourg, Olivia Newton John, Sandy Denny, Kevin Ayers, Strawbs Jimmy Webb and many more.
