GROUNDHOGS inspired furious ax-man George Brigman decided to reissue his own expanded versions straight from the masters with bone crunching sound and deluxe packages. The buzz around Baltimore's George Brigman first began in the mid 70s when an 18yr old George self-released his 1st LP Jungle Rot, a wicked mess of wahwah distortion and mutant blues. That LP quickly gained cult status as it was quite unlike anything else around that time. Special note to collectors are the 3 UNRELEASED bonus tracks by a pre-Split band 'Hogwash' recorded between Brigman's 1st 2 LPs. All tracks transferred from the master tapes. CD has an 8-page booklet with unreleased pics, some I think in color."
