For their third and final album, the Cohelmec Ensemble chose to record a live performance, since it were those live shows on which the ensemble's reputation was based. Here including trumpeter Jean-François Canape, the group lost none of its subtlety in moving from studio to stage. On the contrary; the situation galvanised the musicians on to higher energy levels, without leaving behind the typically complex structures.
