This heavy duty compilation of extremely rare live material kicks off with two killer bass heavy Budgie tracks, recorded at The Townhouse, Wellington in 1973. Next up are two punchy Silverhead tracks (including a previously unreleased number) from 1973, a pulsating late '70s rocker by post-Slowbone outfit Roll Ups, a thrilling 21-minute rock'n'roll medley by UK legends UFO (taped at the Marquee club in 1970), and the CD concludes with the full 35-minute bulldozer set by UFO's support act Albert Monk, which simply has to be heard to be believed.
