The wonderful Brute Force, one of the world's major eccentrics: stuntman, actor, record breaker, stand-up improv master, and hit songwriter for the Chiffons, the Cyrkle, Del Shannon, the Creation, and the Tokens.
Brute Force even released a rare and controversial single, "The King of Fuh," on the Beatles' Apple label - the rarest on the label as it happens! Here is a slice of full-on Brute, a 1969 performance of improv and songs (sometimes both!)....some songs which should have been hits but for that... twist, and then both sides of his Apple single "The King Of Fuh/No One Knows What's Going On In My Mind But Me" (The latter song was actually a hit for The Chiffons, and is today a Northern Soul staple!).
A must for all fans of the eccentric, bizarre, 1960's classic pop and all Beatles completists too! Can't say better than that!
