Bangor Flying Circus were an American hard rock / psychedelic rock band formed in Chicago in the late 1960s. Their self-titled album, released in 1969, occupies a fascinating space between late psychedelia, proto-heavy rock and early progressive influences. Featuring strong guitar work and adventurous song structures, the album became a cult favorite among collectors of obscure American underground rock.
