Together with recent reissues of The Bley-Peacock Synthesizer Show release; Revenge: The Bigger The Love, The Greater The Hate and Annette Peacock and Paul Bley-Dual Unity, Improvisie completes a compelling period for two iconic figures of the free jazz movement, and their pioneering use of the first-ever moog synthesizers. Bamboo presents the first ever reissue of this landmark recording from 1971 with expansive liners, interviews and rare archival photos. Professionally re-mastered original sound recording.
