This great collection contains rare cuts, demo tracks, and alternative versions from 1968-1971 of your favorite Nirvana songs. Great tunes from this group that entered the British pop charts and went on to create great music well into the early eighties. This was one of the premier blues/rock bands of the 1960's. Formed by Mike Bloomfield (P. Butterfield Blues Band), the E.F. featured such notable talent as Buddy Miles (J. Hendrix Experience), Elvin Bishop (Bo Diddley, B. Dylan, P. Butterfield albums), Nick Gravenites (Big Brother albums), & Barry Goldberg (L.Cohen, Crazy Horse, Ramones albums). Electric Flag contained brilliant musicianship which produced some of the best hard blues rock you will ever hear. All songs on this album, recorded live in San Francisco '68, are not found on the only other E.F. album, and this also contains a cover of "It's Not A Spotlight" (Goffen/King).
