899 copies limited and numbered mastered from the original tapes Jumbo were an Italian progressive rock band from Milan, centered around the distinctive voice and personality of singer Alvaro "Jumbo" Fella. Their sound combined Rock Progressivo Italiano with acoustic guitar, flute, organ, electric guitar, and raw, theatrical vocals.
DNA, released in 1972, was the band's second studio album and is often considered one of their most important works. The album is dark, expressive, and dramatic, with the first side dominated by the long Suite Per Il Sig. K, followed by three shorter but equally intense progressive rock pieces.
