LP 180g Ducks in Flight was none other than Mike Patto teamed up with the beyond talented Ollie Halsall on guitar. Patto's albums are all considered to be among the cream of British jazz rock, and this is no exception. Containing both previously unreleased tracks as well as previously unreleased versions, they further prove the talent of these four maestros in musical improvisation (just listen to Hanging Rope). Ollie Halsall also really gives Leonard Cohen's "Teacher" the royal six-cord treatment!
