The Dave Peace Quartet was a British blues-rock ensemble active in the late 1960s. Their sole album, Good Morning Mr. Blues, was released in 1969 on the Saga Records label. The album features a blend of up-tempo and slow blues tracks, characterized by flowing organ melodies, expressive guitar work, and dynamic drumming. Notably, the album includes contributions from bassist Dave Pegg, who later gained recognition for his work with Jethro Tull and Fairport Convention. Despite its limited initial release, Good Morning Mr. Blues has been reissued and remains a noteworthy example of late '60s British blues-rock.
