Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce a series of remastered and expanded reissues of the CLIMAX BLUES BAND catalogue, including this newly expanded edition of "RICH MAN”. Formed in Stafford in 1968 by Colin Cooper, the band (originally known as the CLIMAX CHICAGO BLUES BAND) recorded their fifth album in 1972 with a line up of COLIN COOPER (Vocals, Saxophones, Harmonica), PETE HAYCOCK (Guitar, Vocals), DEREK HOLT (Bass, Guitar, Vocals) and JOHN CUFFLEY (Drums).
This Esoteric Recordings release has been newly remastered and features a rare bonus track. The reissue includes a lavishly illustrated booklet that fully restores the original album artwork and a new essay.
