Jeff Moore and Friends LP "The Youngest Son" was released independantly in Canada in 1974 as a private press of 99 copies on 07-42031. The LP is one of the rarest Canadian private pressed folk / psych records from the 60's/early 70's. The music, originally conceived as a high school project, is fragile, dreamy folk music with introspective and melancholy lyrics. The magical atmosphere that drapes the music comes from the youthful innocence of the band and their serious devotion to their music. And a beautiful voice of Christina Becker is infectiously unforgettable. The original pressing is silk-screened sleeve.
