This is one of those major rarities that collectors of hard rock, psych and prog fork over a small fortune for an original vinyl copy. Now it comes to us from the Lee Dorrian's Rise Above Records label, remastered from the original analog tapes and a bonus of 6 unreleased tracks. Luv Machine had an interesting story. They were originally an all black trio from Barbados that migrated to the UK. There were some lineup changes but at the same time the band were becoming more and more popular. Eventually their album was released around the world but the guys were so broke they packed it in. Any fan of Cream and Hendrix will find a lot of meat on these bones to pick through. The tunes tend to be on the shorter side but there are killer guitar breaks through out. A cool album given the deluxe treatment with a detailed band history, unreleased photos and slipcase".
