Debut album from 1968 by this U.S. psych band who were promoted by the same production team behind the equally weirdly named Strawberry Alarm Clock. Like that band giant crab featured multi layered vocal harmonies and cool fuzz guitar work and loads period effects. They later became Big Brother Featuring Ernie Joseph (CD features bonus track in the shape of that bands great phased heavy psych classic "ESP")
