This renowned UK folk band are known for playing a multitude of medieval and Elizabethan instruments, but their rare debut features a more stripped-down sound. Made by the duo of John Gladwin and Terry Wincott shortly after heavy rockers Methuselah disintegrated in 1969, it appeared in the UK only in April 1970, and makes its long-awaited return to LP here, together with background notes.
