Nevertheless, towards the end of the '80s Jeffrey Lee Pierce wrote some of his most subtle tunes, which appeared on the albums 'Mother Juno' and the one reissued here, 1990's 'Pastoral Hide And Seek'. This is a fave of Gun Club-fans who love the Gun Club for the right reasons, not just the obvious! Includes an awesome cover of Jefferson Airplane's 'Eskimo Blue Day'."
